We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our Collections & Loan Recovery Team as a Tele Collection Executive.
Job Title: Tele Collection Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Profile: 40% Calling | 60% System Work
Experience: 1+ years in loan recovery or collection
DRA Certified candidates preferred
Office Address: D-36 first floor Sector 2 Noida

Landmark- Sector 16 Metro station
Key Responsibilities-Handle telephonic collections and recovery for various loan products.Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.Maintain accurate customer records and update collection details in the system.Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets while maintaining professional customer interactions.
- Manage loan recoveries by identifying delinquent accounts and negotiating repayment plans.
- Utilize DRA software to track and manage loan portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to loan disbursements and interest rate changes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve loan recovery rates.
- Maintain accurate records of loan recoveries and client interactions.
Job Requirements :
- Strong knowledge of loan recovery processes and regulations is required.
- Proficiency in using DRA software or similar systems is necessary.
- Experience in tele collection and debt recovery agent software is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Familiarity with loan management systems and procedures is preferred.
- DRA Certification preferred.
