Participation Loan Servicing - 15 Year PAN India

We are hiring for a Participation Loan Servicing role for a US-based banking client. This role is ideal for candidates with an interest in Banking Operations, Loan Servicing, Syndicated Loans, Participation Loans, Cash Reconciliation, Interest Calculation, Transaction Processing, and Financial Documentation who can ensure accurate processing and servicing of loan transactions.

Location: Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai

Responsibilities:

1. Process routine loan servicing transactions in Loan IQ, including interest, fee, and principal payments received from agent banks.
2. Review, input, and validate rate resets, interest notices, and fee notices against agent-issued documentation.
3. Perform daily cash reconciliations between Loan IQ and cash statements, investigating and escalating discrepancies as required.
4. Maintain and update past-due reports, event trackers, exception logs, and servicing records.
5. Upload and maintain supporting documentation, ensuring accurate records and a complete audit trail for all transactions.
6. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), control frameworks, and service-level requirements.
7. Execute maker responsibilities within the four-eyes control workplace, ensuring transaction accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 0–1 year of experience in Banking Operations, Loan Servicing, Financial Services, Accounting, or a related operational environment preferred.
3. Basic understanding of loans, interest calculations, and day-count conventions.
4. Ability to review financial documentation, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
5. Understanding of banking operations,



reconciliations, and transaction processing will be an added advantage.
