Job Title: Loan Sales Executive ( Telesales)

Job Summary The Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating recent customers and selling loan products such as overdraft and personal loan . The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets through lead generation, customer interaction, and coordination with the operations team for loan processing.

Shift timings 10 am to 6 pm (Sunday fixed off)

Location : Nirmaan Vihar, East Delhi

Salary Details: upto 15 k freshers AND upto 25 k experience in loan sales

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers for loan products.

Generate leads through tele-calling.

Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.

Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursement targets.





Collect required documents from customers and ensure proper loan application submission.

Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement.

Maintain regular follow-up with customers until loan disbursement.

Build solid relationships with customers

Can achieve Sales Targets .

Skills Required

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of loan products (overdraft and personal loan )

Customer relationship management

Ability to work under sales targets.
