Experience: 2-7 Years

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct morning meetings and communicate daily production plans, targets, and work instructions to operators.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation, workstation readiness, and smooth assembly line operations.
- Monitor hourly production output, downtime, line performance, and achievement of production targets.
- Maintain 7S standards, workplace cleanliness, safety protocols, and adherence to SOPs.
- Train and guide operators on workstation operations, work instructions, and production procedures.
- Monitor line consumables, product master samples, and availability of materials, tools, and equipment.




- Coordinate batch changeovers and ensure the line is prepared for the next production batch as per SOPs.
- Monitor MES system usage, update production records, and report line issues and downtime.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Ensure finished goods pallets are transferred to the warehouse and maintain proper shift handover records.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and electrical power switches are properly shut down after production, as applicable.
