- Handle various types of proposals for obtaining necessary approvals and NOC's from Government bodies and authorities
- Liaisoning with Tashildar, DC , BBMP , BDA all other departments for sanctions.
- Well acquainted with Central / State laws and regulations.
- Renewal amendment of licenses.
- Work closely with the Architects and ensure to have Construction plans as per the guidelines of the government.
- Ensure no penal costs are incurred due to delay in payment of fees for permissions
Preferred candidate profile Should solid have government liasoning / zrelations
