LegalTech – Advocates, established in 2018, provides legal services across Karnataka, specializing in real estate transactions, property verification, legal documentation, civil matters, dispute resolution, and other legal services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our non-litigation real estate legal team. The selected candidate will work on property title verification, legal due diligence, document review, legal drafting, and property-related compliance.

This role is suitable for fresh law graduates who want to build practical experience in real estate and property law.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify property titles and prepare title verification reports.
- Conduct legal due diligence for land and property transactions.
- Examine Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Wills, Partition Deeds, RTCs, Khata Extracts, Encumbrance Certificates, and related documents.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds, Construction Agreements, and Power of Attorney documents.
- Research property records and applicable laws.




- Maintain organized legal files, reports, and documentation.
- Assist senior legal professionals with client queries and property-related compliance.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university (3-year or 5-year course).
- Ability to read Kannada is mandatory.
- Basic understanding or academic exposure to property law, the Transfer of Property Act, land laws, stamp laws, and RERA.
- Good legal research, drafting, and document-review skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of professional integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
