- Legal Drafting & Documentation: Prepare affidavits, petition packages, contracts, agreements, and case files with strict attention to detail.
- Policy Tracking & Compliance: Monitor changing global immigration policies, government regulations, and country-specific legal frameworks to keep cases compliant
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, external legal counsels, and government bodies.
- Compassionate & Empathetic: Understands that immigration cases involve high-stakes life transitions, family separations, or fear of displacement, and listens deeply without judgment.
- Calm & Steady Under Pressure: Maintains a grounding presence during tight deadlines, sudden policy shifts, emergency detentions, or court hearings
- Must have prior experience working with an immigration or overseas consultancy firm.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, visa regulations, and legal documentation.
- Must be well-presented, smart, confident, and skilled in appearance.
