Qualification: LLB; Bar enrolment is practical, especially for court-related work.
Experience: Preferably 3–5+ years in real estate/property law.
Must-have: Practical experience with land verification, property documentation and legal due diligence.
Preferred: Jaipur property market, JDA and Rajasthan land-revenue procedures.
Important: A candidate who has independently handled real estate legal matters is preferable to someone with only general legal knowledge. Independently manage our Company's legal documentation and compliance. Handled land and property documents independently . Verify the legal ownership of land or plot. Knowledge of RERA. Drafted sale agreements , MoUs and legal agreements.
