- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and unblock DBAs and developers while establishing clear technical standards.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical authority on database health in cross-functional planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of SQL Server DBA experience (on-premise and Azure SQL Managed Instances) and 3+ years leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Architecture Mastery: Proven track record in multi-tenant SaaS database design, HA/DR implementations, and cloud migrations.
- Performance Tuning: Deep technical expertise in query optimization, execution plan analysis, and bottleneck troubleshooting.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills for seamless daily collaboration with US stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
