- Perform overall PR to PO Spot Buy process: quotation request, negotiation (price/T&Cs;), supplier selection.
- Support invoice discrepancies management when linked to price.
- Support category cards & buying channels instructions' updates.
- Experience with quick sourcing and supplier selection.
- Solid negotiation skills for price and terms.
- Analytical skills for compliance review and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of contract & T&C; management and its legal constraints.
- Knowledge of the Coupa and SAP S4 systems is preferred.
