Key Responsibilities

In the role of Lead Software Engineer, you will:

- Lead the build and implementation of high-quality software solutions

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and ship new features

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

- Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop a culture of continuous learning

- Identify and ensure accurate bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative

Qualifications

Who You are:

Experience: 4 to 7 years

Education:

Bachelor’s(Engineering)/Master’s in computer science or a related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6 ) and modern web development concepts

- AWS ReactJS Typescript Foundational Java knowledge is must have for this position

- Good understanding of React fundamentals:

- Functional Components, Props, State





- React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useRef, useContext)

- Component composition and data flow

- Forms, validation, and API integration

- React rendering and performance best practices

- Basic to intermediate TypeScript knowledge:

- Interfaces, Types, Enums

- Generics (basic understanding)

- Typing React components, props, and API responses

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

- Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR/CSR, Client & Server Components)

- Familiarity with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API

- Basic understanding of Nx and monorepo concepts

- Experience with React Hook Form and testing frameworks
