About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Robotics Engineer to lead the technical development of our advanced robotic systems while managing and mentoring a cross-functional robotics team. The role requires a robust hands-on robotics background along with the ability to take ownership of technical decisions, system integration, project execution, and team leadership across hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of robotic systems.
- Define and review robotics system architecture, technical requirements, and development approaches.
- Work hands-on with ROS/ROS2, C++, Python, navigation, SLAM, path planning, perception, and sensor integration.
- Work on robotic arm manipulation, motion planning, trajectory generation, grasping, and end-effector control.
- Integrate and troubleshoot robotic hardware including LiDAR, cameras, IMU, actuators, and other sensors.
- Lead system-level debugging, simulation, field testing, calibration, and performance optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team across robotics software, hardware, and electronics, ensuring effective collaboration and timely project execution.
- Allocate tasks, set priorities, track progress, and ensure timely completion of technical deliverables.




- Review technical designs, code, and implementation to maintain quality and engineering standards.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth hardware-software integration.
- Identify technical challenges and drive solutions while taking ownership of project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in robotics development, with experience in team leadership and technical project ownership.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2, Linux, Gazebo, and RViz.
- Good understanding of SLAM, navigation, path planning, perception, sensor fusion, and robot integration.
- Experience with robotic arm manipulation, motion planning, or robot control.
- Experience with OpenCV, PCL, or similar robotics libraries.
- Robust problem-solving, debugging, communication, and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with humanoid robots, robotic arms, autonomous mobile robots, or complex robotic systems.
- Exposure to NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Webots, or similar simulation platforms.
- Knowledge of embedded systems, control systems, actuators, and firmware integration.
- Experience with AI-based perception and Git/CI-CD workflows.
