We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment activities for both blue-collar and white-collar positions. The incumbent will lead a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, partner with hiring managers, ensure achievement of hiring targets, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage recruitment delivery across multiple business functions.

- Drive hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar roles.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.

- Monitor recruitment SLAs, TAT, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Allocate requisitions and track team performance.

- Conduct market mapping, workforce planning, and talent strategy discussions.





- Review candidate pipelines and ensure adequate sourcing coverage.

- Manage offer negotiations and hiring governance.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.

- Coach and mentor recruiters and sourcing specialists.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.

- 10+ years of recruitment experience.

- Team management experience preferred.

- Solid Global stakeholder management skills.

- Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment analytics.
