- Crafting Offer Letters for candidates
- Compensation negotiations with candidates

Pre Onboarding

- Understand organization philosophy, vision, roadmap to broadcast to potential candidate in effective manner
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with candidates about the expectations, joining formalities
- Drive all pre onboarding activities to engage the candidates such as team meetings, coffee connects etc
