About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Java Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with a particular focus on React.js development and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-stack application development using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6-10 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Positive understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and databases.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Prior technical leadership experience is preferred.
