Job Title: SAP PPQM

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to join UST as an SAP PPQM specialist. The role focuses on SAP Quality Management (QM) and Batch Management (BM), with SAP Production Planning (PP) as a secondary area. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to gather requirements, write technical specs, perform configuration in SAP, testing and documentation, plan and execute cut over activities, support a technical go-live and assist business for a successful business go-live.

The position requires strong hands-on knowledge of SAP QM business processes and the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams to support end-to-end quality and production planning operations in a hybrid delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
- Perform configuration in SAP for SAP Quality Management (QM), Batch Management (BM), and SAP Production Planning (PP) as required.
- Execute testing, validation, and documentation for SAP process changes and enhancements.
- Plan and execute cut over activities and support technical go-live activities.
- Assist business teams to ensure a successful business go-live.
- Support quality management processes including Incoming Inspection, Source Inspection, Supplier Qualification, Physical Sample Management, Digital Signatures, Audit Trials, In-Process, Early, Final Insp, Recurring Inspection, Ad-hoc Inspection, Ship on Waiver, Quality inspection wrt to EWM system, Quality Certificates, QM Orders, Cost of Quality, Cost of Poor Quality, Document Management System, Quality Notification, Stability Studies, Quality Labels, Handling Units Management, Audit Management, Test Equipment Management, Customer Complaints, Returns, Mass Processing, Collective Usage Decision, Batch Derivation, Batch Search Strategy, Batch Classification, Deadline monitoring of batches, Batch Determination, Batch Genealogy,



Batch Release QM interface to other systems.
- Manage QM integration with LIMS, Track Wise, DMS, SAP EWM, and 3PL system and other third-party systems.
- Ensure robust support for quality and batch-related business processes across integrated landscapes.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skilled SAP certification or equivalent domain-relevant qualification is preferred.

Location: Electronics city office Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid model with 3 days at work as a mandate, business hour of 1.30 PM IST to 10.30 PM IST
