Required Qualifications

- 8-9 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience leading Salesforce development teams and delivering enterprise implementations.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Data Model, Security Model, and Sharing Rules.
- Hands-on experience with Integration Patterns and API-based integrations.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Git-based version control.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer / Tech Lead with 8-9 years of Salesforce development experience and strong technical leadership capabilities. The role will involve hands-on development, solution design, code reviews, mentoring developers, offshore team coordination,



and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and integration frameworks, along with experience leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Solution Design

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build robust solutions using governor-limit-aware design principles and Salesforce best practices.
- Develop and optimize solutions for large data volumes and high-performance environments.
- Implement asynchronous processing, batch jobs, platform events, and integration services.

Technical Leadership

- Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and architectural best practices.
- Guide junior developers on Salesforce development, design patterns, and implementation standards.
- Drive technical discussions and provide solution recommendations.

Integration & Architecture

- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
- Work with Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and secure integration frameworks.
- Ensure scalable and maintainable integration architecture.
- Collaborate with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, testing, governance, and security teams.

DevOps & Release Management

- Manage deployments using Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, Git,



and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices.
- Ensure smooth release planning and production deployments.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to both technical and business audiences.
- Coordinate offshore and onshore development activities.

Performance Optimization

- Monitor and optimize Apex code, Flows, queries, integrations, and Lightning performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce production issues.
- Drive system stability, scalability, and performance improvements.
