Experience: 5–8 Years
Education: Open to MBAs, Postgraduates, or Graduates with proven, high-impact functional HR experience
Location: Delhi The Opportunity: Why This Role Matters
Most HR roles ask you to manage someone else’s setup. This role is about building your own.
We are looking for an ambitious People Operations professional to take the wheel and build scalable HR frameworks from the ground up. You will not just be running day-to-day operations—you will collaborate directly with leadership to shape our core workplace practices, roll out our Performance Management System (PMS), design employee lifecycle policies, and automate everything seamlessly.
If you love turning business goals into functioning processes and understand how to leverage enterprise tools—especially Zoho People or related modern CRM/HR platforms—this is an opportunity to make a lasting organizational impact.
What You Will Do
- Build HR From 0 to 1: Draft clear policies, streamline onboarding and offboarding, and establish transparent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that help the organization scale smoothly.
- Partner with Leadership on PMS & Culture: Collaborate with Senior Leadership and functional heads to design appraisal frameworks, OKRs/KPIs, and engagement initiatives that recognize and motivate high performers.
- Mastermind the Systems Engine: Own our HR tech stack. Configure, customize, and automate workflows in Zoho People (custom forms, approval matrices, auto-alerts) so HR operations feel effortless.
- Connect the Platform Ecosystem: Leverage your understanding of business tools (CRMs, productivity suites, biometric systems) to keep company data integrated, clean, and reliable.
- Turn Data into Decisions: Deliver clean,
executive-ready dashboards on headcount trends, performance metrics, and operational health using Excel and platform analytics.
Who You Are
- A Grounded Generalist: 5–8 years of solid, hands-on HR experience. You understand core people processes, labor compliance fundamentals, and how to advise teams effectively.
- Systems & Workflow Savvy: You have strong administrative familiarity with Zoho People. (If your primary depth is in another modern HRMS or a business CRM like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot, and you know how to build backend logic and workflows, that works too—provided you can quickly adapt to Zoho).
- A Builder, Not Just an Admin: You take initiative to untangle messy processes, write clear guidelines, and implement initiatives from scratch.
- Data & Excel Fluent: Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and reporting insights to present transparent pictures to decision-makers.
- Capabilities Over Degrees: An MBA/PGDM in HR is welcome, but demonstrated track record and hands-on execution matter most. If you have built robust HR processes and automated systems successfully, we want to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Real Ownership: No rigid red tape. If you have a better way to structure a process or automate a workflow, you will have the room to implement it.
- Direct Influence: Work directly alongside senior leadership—your frameworks will directly shape how the company operates.
- Career Catalyst: Ideal for a high-potential professional ready to step up from mid-level operations into full people-operations leadership.
(Note: Candidates whose experience is limited solely to recruitment/talent acquisition, will not be a fit for this hands-on builder role.)
