Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and business outreach
- Cold calling and email marketing campaigns
- Managing client relationships and retention
- Gathering client feedback and providing support
- Supporting account management activities when needed
- Building and maintaining strong client communication
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of email marketing, bulk emailing & email deliverability
- Experience using CRM tools (Monday.com preferred, HubSpot or similar acceptable)
- Strong English communication and confidence in client interaction
- Comfortable in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage approximately 100 calls and 150 emails daily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
