Job Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to find potential clients, make calls, and collect their property requirements. The role involves identifying interested buyers and sellers, gathering basic details, and sharing qualified leads with the Residential or Commercial sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential clients through phone calls and available lead sources.
- Speak with buyers, sellers, and property owners to understand their requirements.
- Collect details such as budget, preferred location, property type, and contact information.
- Identify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.




- Check whether the client requirements match the company's property services.
- Forward qualified leads to the respective Residential or Commercial team.
- Follow up with clients to confirm their interest and requirements.
- Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-up status in the company system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead progress.

Requirements
- Any degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills and confidence in making calls.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to speak with clients politely and collect accurate information.
- Interest in sales, client communication, and real estate.

Salary and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹40,000, depending on skills and experience.
