Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Email Marketing Executive with experience in a Digital Marketing Agency to generate international B2B leads for SEO, Website Development, and Mobile Application Development services through manual email marketing and targeted outreach.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate international leads for SEO, Website Development, and Mobile App Development services.
- Research and identify potential international clients from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other target markets.
- Find and collect business email IDs of potential clients, business owners, CEOs, and decision-makers.
- Perform manual email marketing and send personalized business emails to international prospects.
- Build and maintain an accurate database of leads, email IDs, company names, and contact details.
- Identify relevant businesses that may require SEO services, website development, or mobile application development.
- Write professional email content to introduce company services and generate business inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective clients through email to improve response and conversion rates.
- Maintain daily records of emails sent, leads generated, responses received, and follow-ups completed.




- Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads and support business development activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly email outreach and lead generation targets.
- Ensure email lists are relevant and accurate and follow applicable email marketing and data protection regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
- Experience in manual email marketing, cold emailing, and international lead generation.
- Knowledge of SEO, Website Design & Development, and Mobile Application Development services.
- Positive internet research and data collection skills.
- Basic knowledge of email outreach strategies and lead management.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.

Preferred Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Email Marketing or Lead Generation.
- Experience targeting international clients, especially in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of relevant business email IDs collected.
- Number of personalized emails sent daily.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Email response and inquiry rates.
- Timely follow-ups and database maintenance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
