Job Summary We are looking for a Lead Engineer with strong expertise in ASP.NET development and the ability to lead and mentor a team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications while driving technical excellence and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, and .NET technologies.
- Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance.
- Review code and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
- 6 to 8 years of experience in ASP.NET development.
- Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful services.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in leading teams and driving project deliverables.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development practices.
