- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions across the Non-IT sector, including Manufacturing, Cement, Automotive, Engineering, Construction, Chemicals, FMCG, FMCD, and other related industries.
- Conduct effective headhunting, industry mapping, talent identification, and candidate sourcing for senior and leadership-level mandates.
- Independently manage client relationships, understand hiring requirements, provide recruitment solutions, and ensure timely delivery of mandates.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of recruitment processes, industry dynamics, talent markets, and senior-level hiring practices.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
