We are looking for an experienced Lead Android Developer to lead Android application development, manage the technical team, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in native Android development, Kotlin, application architecture, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Android applications.

- Develop high-quality native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.

- Design scalable application architecture using MVVM, Clean Architecture, and related design patterns.

- Lead and mentor Android developers and conduct code reviews.

- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, payment gateways, and other services.

- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and security.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth application releases.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.

- Manage technical decisions, development timelines, and delivery quality.

- Follow Android development best practices and stay updated with current technologies.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Android application development.

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.

- Expertise in Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, and Android Jetpack libraries.





- Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Retrofit, and asynchronous programming using Coroutines and Flow.

- Knowledge of Room Database, SQLite, Firebase, and push notifications.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Strong understanding of mobile application security and testing.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store.

- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Espresso, and UI testing tools.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in mentoring developers and handling end-to-end project delivery.
