We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with large corporates, business groups, and conglomerates. The candidate should have strong expertise in corporate banking, credit, structured finance, and working capital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with large corporate clients and conglomerates.
- Build solid relationships with CFOs, CXOs, Treasury Heads, and Finance Heads.
- Drive business through working capital facilities, term loans, structured finance, and project finance.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase the bank's share of the client's overall business.
- Cross-sell Trade Finance, Cash Management Services (CMS), Supply Chain Finance, foreign exchange, bank guarantees, and letters of credit.
- Structure credit proposals and coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Product teams.
- Monitor portfolio performance, credit quality, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve business targets for revenue, asset growth, and overall wallet share.
