Role & responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate potential sites for business expansion and new projects.

- Lead site acquisition activities, including feasibility assessment, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers, landowners, vendors, and key stakeholders.

- Liaise with government authorities and local bodies to obtain necessary approvals, permissions, and clearances.

- Drive strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's presence in target markets.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

- Manage negotiations, documentation, and agreements related to site acquisition.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of acquisition and expansion plans.
