Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Laboratory Technician to perform routine and specialized diagnostic testing in compliance with NABL guidelines. The ideal candidate must possess relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) and hands-on experience operating Maglumi and Transasia analyzers while ensuring strict quality control and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily sample processing, routine testing, and specialized assays on Maglumi (CLIA) and Transasia analyzers.
- Ensure accurate pre-analytical sample collection, verification, barcoding, centrifugation, and proper storage.
- Run daily Internal Quality Control (IQC), plot Levey-Jennings (LJ) charts, and strictly adhere to NABL (ISO 15189) standard guidelines.
- Enter test results accurately into the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and promptly report critical alert values to clinicians/pathologists.
- Maintain equipment maintenance logs, calibration records,



temperature registers, and reagent inventory/expiry tracking.
- Follow strict Biomedical Waste (BMW) management protocols and maintain high standards of laboratory safety and infection control.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT).
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong clinical training and candidates with prior NABL lab experience are welcome to apply).
- Location: Candidates residing in Delhi NCR preferred.

Key Qualities & Skills:

- Hands-on proficiency with Maglumi and Transasia automated/semi-automated machines.
- Strong understanding of NABL quality control protocols (IQC/EQAS) and laboratory documentation.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with LIS software.
- Compassionate patient handling, punctuality, discipline, and attention to detail.
