Job Opening: Laboratory Manager

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in material testing or a metallurgical laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations, manpower, job scheduling, and timely report delivery.
- Supervise mechanical, chemical, corrosion, and metallographic testing of metals.
- Knowledge of tensile, hardness, impact, chemical analysis, PMI, microstructure, grain size, and corrosion tests.
- Ensure compliance with ASTM, ISO, IS standards, and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 / NABL requirements.
- Monitor equipment, testing quality, documentation, and personnel competency.
- Coordinate with customers, resolve technical queries, and improve laboratory efficiency.

Required Skills: Solid knowledge of metals, material specifications, testing methods, team management, and problem-solving. Preferred: Experience in an NABL-accredited material testing laboratory.

Location: Sangli, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
