Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and order booking targets.

- Generate leads and develop recent business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, including customer acquisition, site assessment coordination, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.

- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business and upselling.

- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth installation and project execution.

- Develop sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and relevant policies.

- Lead sales executives and channel partners, where applicable.

Preferred candidate profile





- Relevant experience in rooftop solar sales and business development.

- Strong exposure to residential and/or commercial and industrial (C&I;) solar segments.

- Proven track record in lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and order closures.

- Experience in end-to-end sales cycle management and customer negotiations.

- Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills.

- Ability to achieve sales targets and coordinate with technical and project execution teams.

Key KPIs: Revenue growth, order booking, pipeline development, project conversion, and customer retention.
