- Prior experience in B2B, institutional, or contemporary trade sales, particularly with sportswear/activewear or apparel brands
- Existing relationships with retail chain buyers and/or institutional clients (sports teams, clubs, academies, schools, corporates) in Mumbai and other key markets
- Understanding of retail trade terms, margins, listing fees, and merchandising practices, as well as bulk/custom order sales
- Passion for sport and fitness, and genuine alignment with an active lifestyle brand
