About the Role:

Seeking a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager B2B Corporate Lending to join its team in Mumbai. The role involves building and maintaining corporate client relationships, acquiring new business, and managing end-to-end client onboarding for corporate lending solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of BFSI, corporate lending, relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new B2B corporate lending clients.
- Focus on manufacturing companies with annual turnover ranging from 100 Cr to 1,500 Cr and above, including listed companies.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, documentation, and coordination.
- Handle credit limit renewals and ensure timely completion of related processes.
- Drive business development through cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.




- Ensure timely execution of client requirements within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth processing and ensure a seamless client experience.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in BFSI, banking, or financial services.
- Basic understanding of corporate lending products and lending processes.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in client acquisition, business development, or corporate relationship management will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and result-driven approach.
