About the Role

Triumph Auto (CV) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Key Account Exclusive for our branch in Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Current Delhi. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain relationships with key account customers, understand their ongoing service requirements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Key Account Management: Act as the main liaison for key account customers, maintaining strong relationships and understanding client needs.
- Service Coordination: Track, coordinate, and research service requirements for designated accounts to ensure timely resolution and support.
- Customer Support: Resolve issues, answer service-related queries,



and deliver exceptional service quality to key clients.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: ITI (Technical trade).
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a Service Department (Automotive/CV sector preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and technical comprehension of automotive service operations.
