Position: Junior Tile Designer

Salary: 20,000 onwards per month.

Working Hours: Shift-based.

1. Job Summary:

Naveen Tiles is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Tile Designer to join our design team at the Sira manufacturing facility. The candidate will assist in developing creative tile designs, creating digital patterns, editing artwork, and preparing designs for production.

2. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and modify tile designs, patterns, textures, and surface finishes.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to develop and edit tile design artwork.
- Assist senior designers in developing new tile collections and product concepts.
- Prepare high-quality digital artwork for tile printing and production.
- Modify designs based on customer requirements and market trends.
- Maintain design files, artwork records, and product design libraries.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and quality control teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Follow shift schedules and meet design development deadlines.

3. Eligibility Criteria:

- Mandatory: Practical experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Mandatory: Relevant certification in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.




- Freshers with strong design skills and relevant certifications may apply.
- Good understanding of colours, patterns, textures, symmetry, and visual composition.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn tile design and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
