We are looking for a Junior Technical Associate Mechanical Maintenance for Indian Conglomerate

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and rotating equipment.
- Perform lubrication, alignment, equipment inspections, and replacement of worn-out parts.
- Maintain utility equipment and ensure compliance with plant safety procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records and support equipment reliability improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Diploma.
- Diploma with minimum 5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
- Hands-on experience in pumps, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Valuable knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and root cause analysis.
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, packaging, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
