We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Java programming and related technologies. The selected candidate will support technical training activities, conduct practical programming sessions, and assist learners with software development projects.
This position is suitable for candidates who have knowledge of Java technologies, enjoy explaining technical concepts, and are interested in mentoring learners while applying their programming skills.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to three years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical sessions on Java programming and related technologies.
- Explain programming concepts through practical examples and coding exercises.
- Assist learners in understanding Java frameworks and application development.
- Provide technical guidance during software development projects.
- Prepare practical exercises and evaluate programming assignments.
- Answer technical questions and help troubleshoot coding issues.
- Support project development, testing, and debugging activities.
- Provide feedback to learners and help improve their technical skills.
- Assist with scheduled training programs and related technical activities.
Required Technical Skills
- Good understanding of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of Advanced Java concepts.
- Familiarity with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Understanding of Hibernate and database connectivity.
- Basic knowledge of Spring Security.
- Familiarity with JSP and Servlets.
- Awareness of the Struts framework.

- Hands-on experience with Java application development.
- Experience developing academic or personal software projects.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and database integration.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualifications
Applicants should have a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, such as:
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
- MCA.
