Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Purchase Executive, based in Bhiwandi, supporting export, construction, manufacturing, tools, mining tools, and engineering-related procurement activities.

The Junior Purchase

Executive will assist in processing and tracking purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate purchase records. The role involves coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, following up on deliveries, and ensuring materials are purchased in line with quality, cost, and timeline requirements.



The individual will help monitor inventory levels, support negotiation efforts, and contribute to maintaining compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures. Regular communication with cross-functional teams and timely reporting on purchase status will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for accurate documentation and transactional processing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Procurement to support vendor coordination, sourcing, and material planning.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and management.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Office (especially Excel) to handle data and reports efficiently.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, engineering, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience or internship in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within manufacturing or engineering sectors will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, follow standard operating procedures, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
