Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil with professionalism and courtesy.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and service requests.

- Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and order-related inquiries.

- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Follow up with customers for feedback, issue resolution, and promotional activities as required.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

- Accurately record customer interactions in the system and ensure timely updates.

- Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil.

- Basic communication skills in English.

- Good listening, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve concerns patiently.





- Confidence in handling both inbound and outbound voice calls.

- Robust problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Ability to work rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
