Role Description The Junior Operations Intern (Climate/Sustainability) internship role at OneStop ESG is a hybrid position based in Chandigarh, India, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the intern supports daily operations across the ESG marketplace and media platform, including coordinating listings, tracking partner activities, and assisting with onboarding of organizations and solution providers. The intern helps with project management tasks such as updating dashboards, preparing reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on internal and external action items.

The role also involves conducting basic research on climate and sustainability topics, supporting outreach and sales activities,



and maintaining accurate operational documentation and workflows. The intern collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the smooth running of platform operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making for climate and sustainability initiatives.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
