Job Summary:

The Pharmaceutical Warehouse Associate is responsible for the receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products and raw materials in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory guidelines. This role ensures that all warehouse operations support the timely and secure delivery of materials for manufacturing and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against shipping documents (packing slips, invoices, purchase orders).

- Store pharmaceutical products and raw materials according to temperature and handling requirements (e.g., cold chain, hazardous substances).

- Pick, pack,



and prepare materials for production or outbound shipments following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

- Conduct routine cycle counts and participate in inventory audits.

- Comply with GMP, FDA, and company quality standards in all aspects of warehouse operations.

- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse according to 5S principles.

- Properly label, segregate, and handle quarantined or expired materials.

- Support cold storage monitoring and handle deviations or excursions per SOP.

- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (certification may be required).

- Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory inspections or quality audits.
