Siebener Automation & Solution is an industrial automation company based in Thripunithura, Ernakulam. We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Designer to join our design team. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience can apply. Freshers with a certification in SolidWorks or Creo are also welcome.

Key responsibilities

- Create 3D models and assemblies of machine parts and automation systems
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Work with the design, fabrication and assembly teams on projects
- Make design changes based on feedback and site requirements

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 0 to 2 years of experience in mechanical design




- Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo (a certification is an advantage for freshers)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Basic understanding of mechanical components and engineering drawings
- Interest in machine design and special purpose machines (SPM)
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Preferred

- Experience or projects in machine design or SPM
- Internship or training in a design or manufacturing setting
