Shree Balaji Tubes is a stainless steel pipe manufacturing company based in Patna, Bihar, focused on delivering quality products and building a strong distribution network across the region.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Junior Manager to support our day-to-day plant operations, coordinate with different teams, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Assist in overseeing daily plant activities and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Production Coordination: Monitor production schedules, output, and adherence to quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Track raw materials, finished goods, and stock movement to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with factory workers, supervisors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Dispatch & Logistics: Help manage order processing, dispatch schedules, and timely delivery of products.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily production reports, inventory records, operational data, and management updates.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest practical ways to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Business Support: Assist management with planning, follow-ups,



and other operational or administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or industrial management is preferred.
- Freshers with strong organizational and problem-solving skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and production planning.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
