Knowledge Required: 1. Methodology of Indian Standard (IS) Codes,

- Reading of Autocad Drawing

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and working drawings.

- Ensure construction work complies with relevant Indian Standard (IS) Codes and project specifications.

- Monitor concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing work.

- Check reinforcement bar diameter, spacing, lap length, development length, cover, and bar bending schedules.

- Conduct quality checks on cement, aggregates, steel, concrete, and other construction materials.

- Coordinate concrete sampling, slump tests, cube tests, and other site quality tests.

- Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements, inspection reports, and material records.

- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, consultants, and project managers.

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and approved method statements.
