We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support day-to-day construction activities, monitor site progress, and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Assist in RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and finishing activities.
- Read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, labour teams, and vendors.
- Check material quality, workmanship, and construction progress.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality requirements.
- Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and material planning.
- Identify site issues and report them to senior engineers for resolution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and work-related documentation.
- Ensure work is completed as per project schedules and instructions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or site execution.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may apply.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction is preferred.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of RCC construction and finishing works.
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand specifications.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work at project sites.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors and site teams.
Salary & Perks Salary: As per experience, skills, and company standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
