Experience - Min 2 +years of Experience in Electrical Maintenance
Job Profile.
- Oversee daily maintenance activities of hospital infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and civil works
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical hospital systems such as oxygen supply, DG sets, UPS, lifts, and fire safety systems
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, NABH guidelines, and statutory regulations
- Handle vendor management for AMC/CMC contracts and service providers
- Monitor and control maintenance costs and inventory of spare parts
- Supervise maintenance staff, assign duties, and ensure timely task completion
- Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reports of maintenance activities
