Role Description The Junior Consultant will provide clinical support and patient care within Cloudnine’s women, childcare, and fertility services, working closely with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, documenting medical histories, assisting in diagnosis and treatment planning, and supporting procedures under supervision. The role also involves monitoring patient progress, coordinating follow-up care, and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with hospital protocols.

Consultant will participate in case discussions, clinical meetings, and ongoing training to support evidence-based practice and continual skill development. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Qualifications

- Relevant medical degree (e.g., MBBS) with completed internship; postgraduate qualification or specialization in obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, or neonatology is an advantage.
- Foundational clinical skills in patient examination, history-taking, diagnosis support, and treatment follow-up, ideally within maternity, pediatric, or fertility care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting, prioritize tasks, and adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards.
- Commitment to ethical, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory patient care, with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hospital operations.
- Basic proficiency with hospital information systems and electronic medical records; openness to learning new clinical technologies.
- Registration with relevant medical council and eligibility to practice in India.
