Junior Business Development Executive (US Shift)

About the Role

WeSage BPM is hiring a motivated, target-driven Junior Business Development Executive for our International B2B Business Development team in Ahmedabad. You will be the first voice US-based businesses hear from our clients. You will find the right companies, reach the decision-makers, and turn cold conversations into qualified leads and booked meetings.

What You Will Do

- Research B2B companies and identify key decision-makers
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other channels
- Make outbound calls to US-based business prospects and clearly explain our clients’ products, services and value
- Qualify prospects against each campaign’s criteria
- Book appointments and meetings with decision-makers and senior executives
- Regularly follow up with leads and guide them through the sales process.
- Support email campaigns: outreach, follow-ups and engagement tracking
- Record calls, emails, follow-ups and lead status accurately in the CRM, and complete reporting on time
- Coordinate with sales, pre-sales and operations teams for smooth lead handovers
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, appointments and conversions

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent spoken and written English, and comfort speaking with US business prospects




- Confidence making outbound calls
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Good follow-up and lead-nurturing ability
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented
- Willingness to work the night / US shift (Monday to Friday)
- Preferred: 6+ months in BPO or International BPO (International Voice, Outbound calling, Telecalling, B2B sales, Lead Generation or Appointment setting)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office or Google Workspace, email and online research
- Freshers with robust English and a real interest in business development are welcome to apply
