1. Assist in execution of day-to-day site activities as per approved drawings and schedule.
2. Support Senior Engineer in preparing daily work plans and monitoring execution.
3. Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per quality standards.
4. Perform layout checking, level verification, and basic measurements at site.
5. Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors for smooth execution.
6. Monitor material consumption and raise material requirements to seniors.
7. Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and site activity records.
8. Ensure work completion within planned timelines.
9. Ensure adherence to safety practices and site discipline.
10. Support implementation of quality checklists and inspection formats.
11.
Track daily progress against planned targets and report deviations.
12. Assist seniors in preparation of weekly/monthly progress updates.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement Qualification (Essential): Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
Experience (Essential): Minimum 1–3 years in residential construction projects (preferably high-rise buildings)
Competency Requirements
- Basic knowledge of RCC, masonry, plaster, and finishing activities.
- Basic quantity checking and measurement support.
- Coordination with contractors and supervisors.
- Preparation and maintenance of DPR and site documentation.
- Understanding of construction safety practices.
