Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Business Development Specialist role located in Bengaluru, with a starting salary of 20,000. The role involves identifying and contacting potential learners and partner organizations, presenting Teknowgrade’s learning solutions, and supporting lead generation activities. The specialist will maintain and update CRM records, follow up on inquiries, and assist in converting leads into enrollments.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to align sales messaging, preparing basic sales reports,



participating in promotional campaigns, and providing feedback on customer needs. The role is designed for freshers who are eager to learn business development fundamentals and grow within the organization.

Qualifications
