About the Role

NEXT ANGLE DESIGN STUDIO is looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will be involved in architectural design, drawing preparation, site visits, project execution, and client coordination, gaining hands-on exposure to projects from concept development to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in architectural planning, concept development, space planning, and design execution.
- Prepare 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Create 3D models, visualisations, and design presentations.
- Conduct regular site visits for measurements, progress monitoring, and coordination with site teams.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure site execution aligns with approved designs and drawings.
- Incorporate client feedback and assist with design revisions.
- Support material selection, project documentation, and execution-related activities.
- Assist senior architects in managing project timelines and resolving design or site-related issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).




- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools is preferred.
- Good design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and work closely with the execution team.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
