Junior Analyst Secondary Loan Trade Servicing – 1+ Year – PAN India

Are you a detail-oriented finance skilled looking to build a career in banking operations and loan trade servicing? We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support secondary loan trade settlements, transaction validation, reconciliation and operational controls. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to loan trading platforms, trade lifecycle management and settlement processes.

Responsibilities

- Track secondary loan trade status and settlement milestones, maintaining accurate settlement trackers.
- Validate trade details, including counterparties, facilities, positions, prices, and trade and settlement dates.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing funding memos and settlement documentation.
- Support trade booking and position updates using platforms such as Loan IQ.
- Perform daily reconciliation of positions and cash balances between ClearPar and Loan IQ.
- Maintain accurate transaction records, audit trails and trade-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to support timely settlement and resolve data discrepancies.
- Follow established operational procedures and controls to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

Requirements

- 1-4 year of experience in banking operations, loan servicing,



financial services, accounting or a related operational environment; freshers with relevant educational backgrounds may also be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of banking products, loans and secondary loan trading concepts.
- Familiarity with ClearPar, Loan IQ or similar loan servicing platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn loan trade lifecycle management, settlement processes and operational controls.
